Refund and Return Policy
We sell digital software licenses that are delivered instantly via email.
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union are entitled to a 30-day return period from the date of purchase, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
However, once a license key has been downloaded, activated, or used, it is considered delivered in full and is no longer eligible for return, unless it is found to be defective or fails to activate.
Refunds and exchanges
- Defective or non-working licenses can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- Non-defective licenses can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days only if they have not been activated.
To request a refund or exchange, email info@licensel.com with your order number and license key. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Other important information
All licenses sold by Licensel are valid for a single PC and cannot be transferred to another PC.
Software compatibility is entirely the customer’s responsibility: we are the licensing vendor; all software is provided by Microsoft and is protected by copyright. Refunds will not be issued for software compatibility issues.
Defective key codes will be replaced or refunded at the customer’s discretion. Defective codes can only be verified by us using Microsoft PID Checker output.
Licensel assumes no responsibility for any local computer problems that may prevent the normal operation of any software.
All products sold by Licensel include a one-year warranty for reinstallation and PC resets, plus free chat and email support.
To deliver goods immediately, as we do, we require your explicit consent so that we do not hold goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Please note that the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract after giving express consent to begin delivery of the digital content. This is a legal requirement; our focus is your satisfaction. We will process every order without forcing cancellation for this reason alone.
